Favourite food to eat: Anything cooked by someone else, particularly the students in the School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts!
Favourite food to cook: Full disclosure: I am not a trained cook. My family members are much more proficient and “gently recommended” I retire from cooking about 15 years ago. I have other skills and talents to complement culinary education and operations.
Favourite thing about teaching: Guiding learning-centred, collaborative spaces to recognize and celebrate differences, to foster growth-mind set and build community in the classroom and beyond.
